Refund policy
Because we embroider every item by hand for every order that's placed, we can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items.
If you place an order and have a change of heart, get in touch as quickly as you can, and if we haven't begun working on your sweater we'll cancel the order and issue a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know through our contact page and we'll walk you through the return process.
